We went to the Pleasant Grove Rodeo Wednesday Night, along with the Anderson gang. So much fun!! I had never watched a rodeo before. I've worked security with friends, my freshmen year at BYU, at the Houston Rodeo - Way fun. But Seth and I both were excited for our first real Rodeo experience...I love animals - Always have, always will. I wish I could be around horses more. . . I know my love for them doesn't compare to Seth's sisters - But! I've been to horse camps, growing up, and love to go riding when I can. Seeing it all at the rodeo, just really made me want to go riding. There ought to be somewhere around here where we can do a trail ride, right?
The weather wasn't ideal, but it was a very enjoyable time!! It started raining pretty good half way through, and it was cold! We had our hoodies on - but was not prepared for the rain. We were both drenched. And therefore freezing as well. but we still had fun, and had to stay until the end to see the bull riding. It was a great time!!
I loved that we got there in time to see a few of the kids riding sheep. And then ALL of the kids running after a calf.... It was pretty entertaining!
