Yesterday, My 10 year old cousin, Alec, was diagnosed with a brain tumor. He has level 4 medulloblastoma. For the last month he has had random vommiting and just recently severe headaches. They were luckily able to catch his level 4 brain cancer in time for hopeful results.
He is at Primary Children's Hospital right now. Surgery is planned for Monday - his 11th birthday.
Alec is the youngest of 6 kids, belonging to my Uncle Brad and Aunt Sundee. Brad is my mom's younger brother. He is a very sweet, happy, and adventureous young man. It breaks my heart to think of his new condition and how extremely sick he is. He has the most wonderful, supportive, and faithful extended family on both his parent's sides. His sickness is very serious, but his spirits are staying high. He is getting ready for this new adventure, and to fight for his life.

My whole extended family, and close family have all been extremely blessed with health. I haven't lost anyone in my family, I still have 4 grandparents!! We have all been so blessed and pray Alec will pull through this.
