It's been 3 years since I've been to the dentist! I went right after I got home from the mission and haven't since, needless to say I was a bit nervous and expecting the worst when I sat down in Dr. Vogel's chair to look over my xrays together. I was POSITIVE I had at least 2, because of a few things that have been painful. But yay for only one cavity! And it's not even one of the 2 places I was so sure I had one.
I LOVE this dentist. My grandma Unsicker actually recommended Dr. Vogel to us. He and his employees all joined Gma and Pa Unsicker on their service adventures to Morocco and Belaruse. I highly recommend Dr. Vogel to anyone, he is very honest and creates an instant personal connection with his patients. Anyway . . . It was the most pleasant Dentist visit in my life.
The last time Seth went to a dentist was actually the summer after his mission, while we were dating. We went to Michigan for a week vacation, I met his family, etc. While he was at the dentist I was at Target with his mom. (I know, this is such a lame story I don't know why I'm sharing it) But he told his dentist the news he was dating a special someone seriously. And he gave Seth a little present to give me - a HUGE plastic diamond ring, I think it was like blue or something.
Seth's experience at the dentist this time was better than mine . . . he escaped with no cavities. What a good boy, but I know I brush/floss more than him! I guess I just waited to long for a cleaning and stuff. But yay for a good dental visit!

My husband will be pleased to hear about a "happy" dental visit. He has one more year of dental school left and people always talk to him about their teeth (usually bad stories)! I'm glad you had a good visit too!
