Today Seth and I went to James Norvelle's Homecoming in North Salt Lake. It was so great to see him again, he looks so different! He gave a great talk, his topic was ' How to come closer to Christ' or something like that. Our favorite part was, he said "The only thing that distances us from Christ is ourselves".
We had lunch afterwards with all the friends and family who came to the meeting. It was a great time to see so many old friends from Iowa. Bishop and Sister Hopkins, Sister Hardman & Ben, old Elder Russel Sacre, his wife Debeny and their 7mo baby Elliot came. Lots of faces who I haven't seen in a long time. It was fun to sit and visit with all of them, and Seth got to meet them all for the first time too.
