So... I was going to post on Tues/Wed about how much rain we have been getting!! It POURED down all day and night Tuesday. It was awesome - I was impressed, it's not often we get a downpour. But I was in Salt Lake... not sure if it was as cool as Provo's rain? Salt Lake seems to always get the more 'severe'/exciting weather ... But since it had been raining so much - our Sidewalks, roads, etc. were COVERED with these:
N-A-S-T-YI CANNOT get over my earthworm 'phobia'... it's haunted me for as long as I can remember. I love rain sooo much, so it's a price I'll pay.
So... Wednesday late morning until early Thurs morning - we got a lot of snow. Like... 6"? It was super heavy snow too, I walked out of my apartment Thursday morning and found this: 
How Sad, Huh? They are gorgeous trees! The construction crews took out a dozen trees last Fall . . . and now we are down at least another two more - there's only a few left! I think that type of tree is just very weak, and the snow was too heavy. At work, there is one of them completely uprooted too.
The gorgeous trees are why we LOVED living in our apartment!! We were surrounded by them. But now that they're pretty much all gone - we've decided to move. Really, we are moving. . . Our move out date is June 8th, and we are looking for a new apartment to move into here in Provo or Orem. Nah, it's not really because of the trees - we are ready for a change of scenery and on to something new. It seems to soon to be seriously looking for an apartment now (they're mostly "available now" apartments and we can't move in for another 7 wks). It will be hard to find a deal as amazing as Wymount! But we are willing to pay a little more for a Washer/Dryer - Dishwasher? We love our ward, neighbors, and the location. . . It's really a fantastic apartment - we just need a change. So, if you hear of any amazing (and cheap?) apartments opening up mid May-June... let us know!

Good call on moving. We're kind of looking at moving as well. We would like to either pay less for the same set-up, or pay the same but have at least a dishwasher and washer/dryer. We're kind of looking too. We'll keep our eyes open. You should move by us and our cats can be BFF's.
That might work except out cat has a cat phobia. (I don't think she realizes she's a cat!). She pretty much hisses and tries to kill all other cats. But, she loves people and kids so go figure!
Holy Cow - our cat gets SUPER pissy when she sees another of her kind! She met our neighbor's cat on Sunday - as soon as Raja saw her in the window she started hissing, hahaha. And then when we tried to put them together Raja would just hiss/growl over and over and over! I was shocked, Seth just laughed non-stop. When the previous owners said "we're getting rid of her because she doesn't get along with the dog" I can only imagine... Like Seth said - I think she hates her own kind, and doesn't realize she is a four-legged animal herself, and not human! But maybe your cat is an exception - I'd love to find out!! It'd be fun to live close to you guys too.
Oh, I'm sad you guys are moving. I guess I didn't know. I was pretty sad about those trees too. I remeber how exciting it was last weekend when they started to bloom and I though spring was actually here, but now instead of pretty blossoms we have mud! Ahhh! It better not snow in May, or I quit.
I would have to agree and say that after Hawaii, I will never live without a washer/dryer and dishwasher EVER again! Hope you find a great place!

I'm sad to hear that you guys are moving. That seems to be the life of Wymount though. I too am sad about the trees. They cut down the one in front of our apt this week. I was so sad.
Our cat does the same thing. We've had her stay at Sam's sister's house before, and there is another cat there. We had to lock our cat in one of the bedrooms....she was growling and hissing like crazy.
Hey Megan!! How are you guys? It's fun to catch up with your blog. Sounds like you guys are having lots of fun! That's exciting that you're moving! How much longer does Seth have in school? We miss you guys!! Take care!
