Kung Fu Panda . . .

Some of you may know, but I have married a kid. Yes - Seth can be quite the child sometimes. . . especially when it comes to kid movies. His favorite is Ice Age or Shrek . . . I guess it could be worst - like Land Before Time. Who knows though, Land Before Time could be his secret fetish - all 18 of them, I'll have to ask him. But I do know he was the first in line at the first showing of Ice Age and Shrek. He also bought the DVD the first day they came available in stores.

So whenever we babysit, we'll usually put a movie on because we have nothing else to entertain the babysitee with. And of 10 or so young people movies we have to choose from Ice Age or Shrek is the winner. Seth joins the babysittee and they watch the movie together. Seth laughs more than the other kid and is much more glued to the tube. I love this picture - our neighbor girl would just stare at Seth every time he would start laughing at the movie. It was hilarious...
Anyway! Kung Fu Panda is now in theaters! Seth begged enough that I convinced my boss that I had to get off early if possible so I could take my kid of a husband to see the matinee. Luckily I have the coolest supervisors ever and they let me go. I really enjoyed the movie - and recommend it to all. It was definitely worth it. Seth loved it, of course, too. And his new favorite word is, "Skadoosh" - you'll have to go and see it now to realize how cool that word is. They really did do a great job making that movie!
