Today is a Special Day. . .

First of all -
Happy 30th Anniversary Mom and Dad!
30 years of happiness. . . With 3 of the 7 left at home, successful business owners, Extremely busy with church callings, and influential on many, many people's lives - I would say mom and dad are doing quite well together and going strong with this marriage stuff. I hope the have a good day, I'll reveil their gift we gave them once they get it. But it's at the Nauvoo house and needs some final touches, so we'll wait until they're able to escape their busy lives to take a weekend getaway in Nauvoo and see what all of their children have helped create.

It's also an anniversary for me. . . 3 years ago today I came home from my mission in Japan. This just makes me feel old, but I'm proud I've graduated from college and have been married for a while . . . so I'm happy I've kept progressing and doing something with my life.

Also! Seth is done with his finals today!! YAY!!! He has worked pretty hard this semester, and it has been a rough one - full of classes for his major and upper level courses. He's super happy to be done.

AND!!!! Seth was Promoted (yet again) today!!! He applied for a new position, interviewed, and found out today that he got it, we're pretty happy about that. He'll be working full time this summer, and he got raise from that - he's actually making more than me now :( (I'm suppose to be the sugar momma). I'm glad he's happy and continues to excel in his work. The training team just might crumble without him, and he loves his co-workers, but is grateful to get away from some of his supervisor/boss people.
It's also our friend, Phil's birthday today - so we're going out for dinner and I think cake is afterward. We're eating at L&L, we really could be considered regulars there now. Yay for great days!
