Why do I love you? Let me Count the ways...

I hope everyone had a fun Valentine's Day! Seth and I had a lot of fun... we went to Pleasant Grove for the annual Unsicker Valentine's Dinner. We had my favorite, Sweet and Sour Pork for dinner and Seth and I made 100+ wontons for the occasion as well. They turned out pretty good, here's the recipe if you'd like to try. Heather, Grandma and pa do such an amazing job with this dinner every year... from the decorations to the food/dessert it's a fun evening. We even each get little presents, wow! The food was great, and the company fantastic. There's lots of little guys running around, and I had fun listening in on their play time and conversations. So hilarious sometimes, they are quite the creative bunch!

At work, I got a text message from Seth that was this picture: He did this on BYU campus by the ASB in a snow covered flowerbed, kind of hard to see - but he's way sweet. A few hours after that he brought me some balloons with a diet coke as the weight, ha ha ha - he knows me so well! It was pretty embarassing, but of course I liked it too. My favorite balloon of the bunch was. "You're Hot". Later he said that was his favorite too, and he got the last one! whew. He picked me up and took me out to lunch too, I love spending time with my hubby.

At work, I made him a card... I tried to not make it too girly, but it was pretty girly. I typed up 101 reasons why I love him. It wasn't really a hard thing to do either. Considering that it didn't take me but 30 minutes to think of 101 reasons why I love him, shows how many more things I love about him... I'm sure the list goes on and on and on.... When I gave him the card at the dinner, he opened the envelope, when he saw "101 Reasons..." He looked at me and said, "You didn't...." and then when he was opening up the list he said , "Did you get this off the internet" ha ha ha, he's funny. Anyway, I think he liked his card from me.
