I am working full time at BYU and therefore have awesome benefits. One of those benefits is I can take classes for free! So I am taking advantage of that this Semester. I really wanted to be in the University Orchestra, I prefer orchestra over band, but it was full already. So I am playing my Oboe again (yeay!!) in the University Band. And! I'm happy that I also get to play the English Horn for one of the songs. I mostly like the music we are playing. I'd love to get involved with a community orchestra or band, but I have yet to find one. But I'm really enjoying playing again this semester, every Tuesday night. We have a concert at the end of the semester on Tuesday April 8th. It's free!! So you should come...

t because it was at the same time as Seth's wed. evening class and in the same building. But that class doesn't meet then anymore - so actually it's even better because Seth can join me sometimes. The teacher, Brother Stahlmann, is actually an old family friend. I didn't know that until he had mentioned he did his graduate work in Iowa City. Turns out he's very good friends with my grandparents and my mom use to babysit for them, such a small world! I'm enjoying the class though and it's a fun thing to do on the side.
